Mari Carrasquillo is a seasoned Executive Marketing Professional born and raised in Puerto Rico, with over 25 years of experience driving brand strategy, merchandising, digital innovation, and eCommerce growth across domestic and international markets. She has led transformative initiatives for iconic brands including Whirlpool, KitchenAid, HP, Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Coffee, Crock-Pot, and Calphalon. She currently serves as Vice President of Marketing at Costa Farms, where for the past four years she has been steering the company’s evolution into a digitally savvy, consumer-first horticultural powerhouse. Mari earned her BBA in Marketing and Communications from the University of Puerto Rico and has since become a recognized thought leader in the marketing industry. She has spoken at prestigious events such as the Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition (IRCE) in 2016 and The Marketing Forum at The Harvard Club in New York City in 2023. In recent years, she has been honored with accolades including the Top 10 Marketing Team Award by OnConferences (2024) and Top Marketing Professional by the Reagan Group (2025). Beyond her professional achievements, Mari is passionate about nutrition and food equality. She actively volunteers with organizations such as Miami Rescue Mission and Feeding South Florida, contributing her time to causes that uplift the community. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, biking, and spending sunny days at the beach with her husband and two daughters.
