Exhibitors may work in their booths until 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday evenings during move in.
Info: Each exhibitor is assigned a day and time to unload. It is important to arrive at scheduled times for efficient use of loading docks. Arriving too early or late may lead to delays or being moved to the end of the line.
If you need to change your move-in time or date, contact the TPIE Office (1-800-375-3642) or email FNGLA immediately. To receive move-in assistance, exhibitors must be in line before 3:00 p.m.
Exhibitors may work in their booths until 8 p.m. each evening.
All vehicles used as part of a booth display must be delivered on Friday between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
All vehicles must report to the truck marshaling area to receive a dock pass. Marshalling Yard is located between SE 20th Street and 22nd Street. Trucks must go through port security checkpoints. Drivers need valid ID and no weapons. Trucks will be called as space permits. You will have 30 minutes to unload.
There is no oversized parking around the convention center. Vehicles must unload and return to the Marshalling Yard. Vehicles requiring overnight parking may drop off on Tuesday.
Exhibitors arriving after scheduled move-in hours who need assistance will be moved in by the service contractor and charged. Any exhibitor not set up by 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2026, will be considered a no-show.
Move-in assistance and equipment are provided for exhibitors bringing their own material in their own vehicles. Equipment capacity is 5,000 lbs. Move-in crew may refuse to move items deemed unsafe. Please do not tip union personnel.
You may bring your own handcarts or dollies, but no power equipment is permitted.
Exhibit halls are A, B, and C. EXPO Convention Contractors are located at the back of Hall C. Registration is in Lobby B.
You may arrive Monday or Tuesday during move-in hours. A parking garage is located next to the convention center.

The Dockmaster will direct trucks to docks when space is available. EXPO staff are available at the show to assist.
The move-out crew is equipped with hand carts, dollies, and 5,000 lb forklifts. Please have materials packed and ready. No tipping of union personnel. No personal power equipment allowed.
Items may be carried to vehicles in the parking garage. Carts and dollies are not permitted on unprotected floors.
Materials shipped via common carrier will be signed for and delivered by EXPO. Charges apply. Contact EXPO or eLogistics (305-751-1234).
Buyers must understand the move-out process and have a receipt. Forms are provided at the show.
Move-out begins at 2 p.m. Friday, January 23. *No exhibits may be dismantled early.* Early dismantling risks cancellation for next year. All exhibits must be out by 11 PM Friday.
Children under 16 are not permitted on the exhibit floor during move-in or move-out.
Exhibitors must have adequate staff for setup, teardown, and supervision.
Please keep identification with you at all times.
