Speaker Bios:

Art Campbell is the President and Chief Operating Officer of the National Interiorscape Network in charge of industry Best Practices, Partner Profitability Improvement, and Acquisition & Divestiture Consulting.

Art has been in the service industry for over 40 years with a highly diversified experience base. He started and successfully grew two businesses from scratch and later sold then, and has also managed local and regional operations for 3 different public companies, Orkin, TruGreen, and Rentokil/Initial.

As a Certified Management Consultant, Art has spent the last 15 years helping many small business owners increase the value of their businesses through improved organic growth, increased profitability, and strategic acquisitions. Additionally, he has assisted many business owners develop and improve their exit strategies and successfully transition their businesses to new owners and leaders.

Al Martin has been in the green industry for over 28 years with a wide array of experience in both the interiorscape and urbanscape sectors. He began his interior career in operations and installations and was soon promoted to service management. Since 2005 he has used his strong leadership skills to successfully grow and manage businesses from about $1 million in annual revenue to over $6 million in St. Louis, Knoxville, Nashville, and Los Angeles. In addition to achieving recognition for high-performing businesses, he led teams that won a number of national awards. Al assist NIN Partners in all areas of sales and operations management, people development, strategic planning, and Partners’ profit improvements.

Cost: $75 in advance and $90 on site.

CEUs: This workshop qualifies attedees to earn 1.5 FNGLA CEU credits.
