TPIE's 2023 Opening Session is titled, Guiding the Future to the Next Level presented by Christine Boland.

About the Session:

Not to be missed, TPIE’s Opening Session brings back Christine Boland, one of the world’s most insightful and relevant trend analysts.

“This will certainly be a decisive decade,” Christine says, adding she will set out how the spirit of the time is constructed and what drives people.

With this in hand, she will provide clarity and insight into how you can make optimum use of the openings and opportunities this knowledge delivers - particularly from your own perspective, and for your own brand and organization.

Christine identifies three Principles of Progress which will resonate with consumers in upcoming months:

  • Define Your True North
  • Add Meaningfulness
  • Create Value from Your Values

You’ll also learn what the word 'connectioneur' means, and how you can become one.

The plant industry is in an ideal position to facilitate connections with one another, and with nature, which has become a priority need for humans everywhere.

The opening session will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20 in Ballroom B, Level and is free for everyone with a show badge.

FNGLA Certified Professionals earn 2 CEUs for attending the show.

Attendees should go to the Certification Showcase at the FNGLA Booth #1302 to sign up for their CEUs.

Attendees of the Opening Session also register at the Certification Showcase to earn 1 CEU for each event attended. CEUs will also be available for the tours and workshops.

FNGLA Certified Professionals have their own personalized space in conjunction with FNGLA's Booth #1302.  Ask about CEUs, meet FNGLA's Certification Team and find out all that is happening in the world of certification and continuing education.  Certified Professionals can earn additional CEUs through a variety of activities including Plant ID and the new Certification Challenge.

January 17 - 19, 2024.  The show dates will once again be a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday format.
