We guarantee all plants to arrive safely, rain or shine, or we’ll ship out a new one.
We check all our plants prior to shipment for quality control and pack them with care. However, handling damages by shipping carriers can occur during transit. In these cases, we re-ship the plants at no cost to you.

Each plant has a different cost, which depends on raw materials, labor, and packaging used. You only pay after your customer has placed an order. You control which orders are fulfilled, and when. Shipping costs are calculated based on the items in each order.
