How do I preview my Online Booth?

You can quickly preview any updates you make to your Online Booth profile by clicking on the computer screen icon beside your booth number in the Exhibitor Service Center.

How do I update my Online Booth listing?

To update your online booth profile:

  1. Log in using the password found in your welcome email.
  2. Navigate to the "Exhibitor Service Center" and then select "Edit Booth Info".
  3. Fill in your company contact information.
  4. Scroll to the section where you are asked for "Website Url" and enter the company web address that you would like attendees to visit for more information about your company.
  5. Select the categories for your products and services.
  6. Click on the "Save" button.

How do I add Products, Show Specials, Press Releases, and Videos to my Online Booth?

In the Exhibitor Console, click on Products, Show Specials, Press Releases, Videos.

Enter the description and images in the appropriate fields.

Click on the "Add" button to save and exit.

If you cannot click on these items then you need to choose an online booth upgrade. Visit the Digital Promotion Packages page.

Where is the FNGLA Booth?

The FNGLA booth is in the lobby across from registration and next to Exhibitors Showcase.

How do I get a booth for next year?

Go to the Show Office for an application.

I am not listed in the Directory—why not?

If an exhibitor signed up for the show after December 16, which was the deadline for the printed directory, they are most likely not in the printed show directory. However, all exhibitors are listed in our online show directory.

Is the Show Badge for one day or all three days of the show?

The show badge allows entrance into the show on all three days of the show.

Is there a marshaling yard for the show?

Yes, there is a marshaling yard for move out. It is located at 2909 Causeway Blvd., Tampa, FL 33619. Maps with the location are available at the Expo Group Service desk located in the upper left corner of the tradeshow floor. All trucks must check in at the marshaling yard to have access to the loading dock.

What are the show hours?

Exhibitors may enter the exhibit hall at 8 a.m. each day.

For everyone, tradeshow times are:

Wednesday 10 am – 5 pm

Thursday 9 am – 5 pm

Friday 9 am – 2 pm

Do you have a device charging station anywhere?

Yes, there will be charging plug ins located at the FNGLA booth in the lobby.

What are the Booth Awards?

The new and improved Booth Awards will be handed out Wednesday afternoon using brand new criteria, selected by a panel of jurists. The show takes place at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19 at the TPIE Create Theatre on the trade show gloow. Winners will be posted on signage in the main lobby.

Will WIFI be available at the Tampa Convention Center?

Complimentary wi-fi is available at Datz in the Rotunda and at The Sail/Big Rays Restaurant outside.  A password is not required.

Where can I get tables, chairs, signs, carpet, etc. for my booth?

The Expo Group provides all the equipment for booths.  The Expo Group service center is located in the back-left corner of the exhibit hall.
